By scheduling or receiving services from Statesboro Wired, you
agree to the following terms:
1. Free Consultation
Clients are entitled to one
free 15-minute consultation to discuss goals, assess needs, and
determine service fit.
This consultation is
informational only and does not include technical instruction or
training.
2. Rates & Billing Services are billed at a flat
hourly rate, as agreed upon prior to the session.
Appointments that go beyond the
scheduled time will be billed for an additional full hour, unless
previously arranged.
Payment is due at the time of
service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to provide payment
will result in legal action.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations I reserve the right to reschedule
or cancel appointments with reasonable notice.
Clients must provide at least
24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Missed appointments or cancellations made with less
than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Client Requirements Clients must provide their own
computer or device, preferably running Windows 10 or Windows 11.
Clients are responsible for
having any necessary software installed prior to the session (e.g.,
Microsoft Office, Zoom, Google Chrome).
Statesboro Wired does not provide
software licenses, installations, or downloads for paid applications.
5. Behavior & Professional Conduct Respectful and appropriate
behavior is required during all sessions.
Any inappropriate conduct,
offensive language, or harassment will result in immediate termination
of the session without a refund and may result in refusal of future
service.
6. Scope of Services Services are limited to tech
tutoring, digital literacy coaching, and small business tech assistance.
I do not perform hardware
repairs, deep technical troubleshooting (e.g., virus removal), or
networking setup beyond basic guidance.
7. Liability Statesboro Wired is not liable
for any data loss, device damage, software issues, or other technical
malfunctions during or after the session.
Clients are encouraged to back
up all data before any session.
8. Confidentiality All client information and
personal details shared during sessions are treated as strictly
confidential and will not be shared or sold.
